They cover the use of this website and any software work carried out by Zelos Infotech. A signed quotation or written approval over email or WhatsApp counts as acceptance of them.
Every quotation lists the modules included and stays valid for the period printed on it. Anything not written in the quotation is out of scope and is quoted separately before it is built. We will always tell you the cost of a change before starting it, never after.
Custom projects normally run 40% in advance, 40% on approval of the working demo and 20% at handover. Ready products are paid once, before installation. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Work pauses if a due stage payment is more than fifteen days late.
Timelines given in a quotation assume that content, logos, data and feedback arrive when we ask for them. Delays on that side move the delivery date by the same amount. We share a working demo at each stage and start the next stage only after you approve.
On custom builds and one-time licence products the source code becomes yours at final payment, with no licence key, no call-home and no lock-in. We keep the right to reuse our own generic components and to mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Every project includes three months of support for defects, counted from go-live. New features, new modules and third-party charges are not defects. After that period, support continues under an annual maintenance contract.
Payment gateways, SMS and WhatsApp providers, hosting and map services are run by other companies under their own terms and pricing. We integrate them; we cannot control their uptime, approval decisions or price changes.
We are responsible for doing the work described in the quotation properly. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the work in question.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
