By accessing this website or engaging Zelos Infotech for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Zelos Infotech provides website development, software development, mobile app development, hosting, SEO, digital marketing and AI integration services as agreed in individual project scopes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or per agreed milestones.
Full ownership of custom-developed source code is transferred to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Each plan/project includes a defined number of revisions as communicated at the time of quotation. Additional revisions may be chargeable.
Where projects rely on third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, APIs), clients are responsible for those service providers' own terms and costs.
Zelos Infotech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered products beyond the agreed project value.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice; work completed till date will be billed accordingly.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
