Once requirement study or development has begun, the advance covers the work already delivered and is not refundable. If you cancel mid-project, we invoice only the completed stages, refund anything paid beyond that, and hand over the work done so far.
Because a licence is delivered and installed immediately, product licence fees are not refundable after installation. This is exactly why we offer a free demo and a sandbox before you buy - please use them.
If we are unable to deliver what the quotation promised, you get a full refund of everything paid for the undelivered part. No arguments, no deductions.
An AMC can be cancelled at any time. The unused portion is refunded on a pro-rata monthly basis.
Money already paid on your behalf to other companies - domains, hosting, SSL, payment gateway fees, WhatsApp or SMS credits - follows their refund rules and usually cannot be recovered.
