When you send an enquiry, request a demo or join our product updates list, we store the name, mobile number, email address and business details you type into the form. We also record which page the form was submitted from and, if you arrived from an ad or a search, the campaign name that brought you here.
We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents or passwords through this website.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not share your contact information with other companies for their marketing. Your details are seen only by the people at Zelos Infotech who are working on your enquiry.
This site uses a session cookie to keep forms secure against cross-site request forgery, and to remember the campaign you arrived from. If website analytics are switched on, an analytics cookie may also be set to count visits. None of these identify you personally.
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for up to three years afterwards, so we can look up what was discussed if you come back. Subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
When we build or host software for you, any business data inside that software stays yours. We access it only to do the work you asked for, and we hand it over in full at the end of the project.
Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. We act on these requests within seven working days.
