Payments & Refund Policy


As soon as an order is authorized for payment, you will receive e-mail confirmation for the same. This will indicate your order Number, which you can refer later for checking the online status of your order.Even if an order is confirmed ,the price of the product might change if the supplier/distributor/publisher decides to change the MRP of the product . In such cases , Zelos Infotech, shall not be liable and the customer will have to bear the difference in price.For Orders which have more than 20 product quantity, shipping charges might be applicable on case to case basis on the sole discretion of "Zelos Infotech" management. In such cases, customers will be called and informed about the same. In case of cancellation and refund due to error from the customer, the customer will be charged upto 15% on Creditcard/Debit Card/Net Banking transactions off the total order value. Delivery shall be made by Surface Mode where Customer will have to go to the depot and collect the parcel. Prior information of the same will be informed to the customer - Note : This is only on a very rare case.


Returning of defective / damaged item If you receive a damaged or a defective item please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package.Kindly enclose a note stating the reason for the returns. Also state your order no & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice.In your return note please advice us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office:

The return courier charges incurred by you will be refunded by us into your account. The maximum courier refund amount we can credit into your account in Rs 199./-. Hence, please choose the right courier service for returning the product. Incase, the return courier amount is more than Rs100/- , kindly call our customer care support or drop us an e-mail stating the same and we shall send our courier boys for a pick up or advice you through which courier service you can return the products.


Generally the item is shipped within 1-3 working days from our warehouse to our Logistics partner who in turn may take up to a maximum of 48 working hrs to reach your door step depending on the place of delivery. Please note that no shipments will be made from us on Sundays & Public Holidays as our logistic partner make no pick-ups on these days.


A "Shipping Confirmation" email will be sent to you on shipment of your order. This will contain the consignment number, tracking number & all other details of your order. Once an order is placed, if there are any changes in the shipping address, it has to be informed to Zelos Infotech's customer service team within 12hrs of placing the order.


All shipments can be done Globally. If it's within India we do it through our logistic partner we are able to ship to almost all Pin Code locations across India. At exceptional situations, we do not serve Pincodes of remote places and Jammu and Kashmir. All shipments within India are Free of charge for orders above Rs199. For all Global Shipments (Outside of India), kindly mail us at [email protected] with the desired shipment destination and we shall help you ship your products. We assure you that our Global Shipments costs are the most practical and economical. Try doing an International Shipment with us and see it for yourself.


No cancellations are accepted. If there is any defect in the product delivered to you only then we accept cancellations. We either offer you an e-gift voucher for the cancelled amout or we shall be refunding the amount back to you within 4-7 working days depending on your bank.
